It is much more important that you know how to run a business, have customer service skills and be able to effectively manage a staff.

How many employees do I have to have on staff? We spend a significant amount of time in training discussing staff, compensation and what licensing requirements are needed to perform certain services. The number of people you will need depends on how large your facility is, how many are dual licensed and what services you as the owner are willing to perform.
